New Axis sales office opens in India
Network camera leader Axis Communications announced today that it has opened a sales office in Bangalore, India. The local presence will help Axis establish close relationships with its customers in the booming Indian market. Axis prides itself on getting to know its customers and hopes that a better understanding of Indian culture will allow the company to make the most of its opportunities in India.
Bangalore rests at the center of the flourishing Indian economy, and the fast-growing city is often referred to as the Indian Silicon Valley. Axis foresees opportunities for network video business in a wide range of areas, most notably in the retail and transportation sectors. Railway stations, airports, and a growing number of shopping malls and retail stores present an increased need for video security throughout the area.
